Hi, I m Arvind from India. I love the MTM podcast. It was indeed a very smart idea by Scott to fit in those ideas in that 60 sec timeframe. I have been fitness conscious for a real long time. But its mostly off and on. This is the first time that i have been working out consistently for over 7 months and during these 7 months i realised 2 very important things....
a) you need to give your body time to show the results.(now after 7 continuous months i could see the muscles shaping up)
b) you need to supplement it with adequate nutrition. (i have started using protein supplements)
I m going at a healthy 18% body fat now. But i intend to get it down to atleast a 15%.
