I am reading the most amazing book . It is call “The Thin Commandments Diet”. It is not like other diet books. The whole first half addresses why we lose weight only to gain it back again and again. Once we lose the weight we go back to our old habits. It really gives you strategies you can use and they really work. Reading this book I have found that there are only two or three foods I eat that have been sabbotaging me over and over again. If I avoid these foods I can lose and maintain my weight once and for all. I just wanted to share it because I have read a lot of diet books but this one is a keeper.
