Crystal Light is made with Splenda, which is made from sugar. It’s fine in moderation.

I’m a huge fan of the lemon & lime squeezed into the water. Iced green tea also works well (as I sit here drinking a bottle).heheh

Skteacher,
I had a really good workout yesterday and so I needed alot of water.  I usually visit the washroom once an hour, but that is good because it gets me up and away from my desk.  A good chance to stretch the legs out a little bit.  I am used to drinking this amount of water so it is no big deal.  I taper my consumption down in the evening before I go to bed.

Scooby,
I used to work a desk job too so I know well the “stretching of the legs” is needed.  I probably missed the part of your message.  I’m a big water person too - drinking more especially when it’s hot out or if I’m working out (close to home).  I’m like you in that most of my water consumption is early on, tampering off just after dinner.  I tend not to drink anything within an hour or two of bedtime - I hate getting up in the middle of the night.

hehe 64 Oz I drink that in the first hour I’m up (when I work out (witch those days its always!)). In a normal day I go around 200-300 Oz depending if I worked out before. I noticed I drink an incredible amount of water. Since I cut on all the soft drinks. My volume of water is impressive. For a moment I though I had diabetes.

For the taste I drink bottled water (18 liters bottles sorry for my American friends don’t know how much in Gallons). After a while you only want to drink water and if it taste something else its kind of weird. So now I almost can’t drink flavored water. (for me anyway)

But for those who don’t drink much water, cut on the rest of the other drinks and the water will taste better smile (and frankly it is. Even Gatorade tastes kind of funny and doens’t really hydrate me like it should compared to water)

Raising my 32Oz of water .... Cheers !
