Eggs

Hey guys,

Thanks to one of our newest member, Jason Womack.  I found this interesting article about eggs.  It said people who ate eggs in the morning were more likely to consume less calories through out then day.  Something like 473 less calories, I’m not exactly sure of the number.  Now I know having too many eggs can be bad for you.  That is why I use egg beaters.  Less calories then eggs and better for you. 

Just some food for thought.

I never knew that! I do eat eggs beaters every morning. Now that you mention it, I do make it from breakfast to lunch without a snack in-between which would be about 200-250 calories.

Do you happen to have the link to that article?

BTW - what’s the difference between egg beaters and egg whites or are they the same?
