Hi...... I’m Denise also known as Kelsana. I’m rolling up my sleeves in my photo and getting ready for the good fight. I plan on changing my life slowly. Taking baby steps if I must but each day I list the choices I make to get there. Like going to the drive-through and only getting a diet soda. That is a prime example of a choice that proves to me I can do this. Like choosing non fat milk over regular. I remember a time when the “blue milk”, also known as skim milk was not an option. Now it is the only option and I actually like it best. See change is possible. There are big changes on the horizon for all of us and I realize I just have to get up and move. Scott...you are going to heaven for this one. You have given me hope when I was feeling hopeless.
Thank you.

Hi Denise!!!
Congrats on the baby steps.  It’s funny when you really want to change, how much easier it is
to choose other options.  And all these little things . .  . add up to big things over time.  How fun!  smile
I live down here in Southern California with my family.  My 11 year old son, Joey and I are on
a journey together.  I’m in it for the “long haul” even though I have only about 6 - 10 pounds
to go, b/c I want to be healthy for one, and Joey has quite a bit to go too.
I’m glad you’re “rolling up your sleeves”!
looking forward to hearing more from you.

I had to chuckle at your milk comment...because that was one of my baby steps too. Whole milk --> to skim milk -> to soy milk. I can usually taste the whole milk ingredient in mac’n cheese or pudding. Just tasting whole milk now makes me ill wink

Thanks for stopping and introducing yourself! Scott most definitely has a spot up above for all of his hard efforts!
