Here’s a trick for not binging on a big meal. Eat some protein about 20 minutes before the meal, and drink 2 cups of water. You’re stomach will feel fuller from the water, and the protein will tell your brain you’re not all that hungry when you sit down for the big meal. I’m not talking about a lot of food here, like some jerky or nuts. Protein also sticks longer, so I like to use that, but veggies work well too.
What do you do to keep yourself from going nuts? I know we just talked about this, but I don’t think it can be repeated too often.
