I found this quote from Runners World magazine, but I thought hit home pretty good, so I thought I would share it…
“The challenge of running is not to aim at doing the things no one else has done, but to keep doing things anyone could do - but never will.”

This site has some amazing articles with great advice and insight.  Hope you find it as useful as I did!

My favorite article is under #6.... Titled “You really do change from the inside out.” It’s great for those times when you are just stuck in a plateau.  Helps you understand or feel better about being STUCK!

There are a few quotes I couldn’t live without. Here are a couple:

“Don’t give up - Give MORE!”

“The difference between IMPOSSIBLE and POSSIBLE is in a person’s DETERMINATION”

“Keep doing the same things, and get the same results.” - What are YOU doing?

“The dictionary is the only place were SUCCESS comes *before* WORK.”

“If at first you don’t succeed, you’re running about average.”

Hi all:

Here are a couple of quotes.  The first is one that hit me after responding to Denise about community and synergy.  ohh  The latter two are realities for us as we set our goals and plans.  surprised

“The illusion that we are separate from one another is an optical delusion of our consciousness.” – Albert Einstein cool cheese

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” – Mohandas K. Gandhi smile

“The art of living lies less in eliminating our troubles than in growing with them.” – Bernard M. Baruch wink

It’s important to know that at the end of the day it’s not the medals you remember.  What you remember is the process-- what you learn about yourself by challenging yourself, the experiences you share with other people, the honesty the training demands—those are things nobody can take away from you whether you finish last or you’re an Olympic Champion.

To tri is to risk failure, not to tri is to guarantee it!

Franklin Covey has a daily planning series called ‘Simplicity.’ Each day a quote is included.  Yesterday’s quote is…

‘There is no failure except in no longer trying.’ Elbert Hubbard

I would recommend this series to anyone looking to stimulate their thought process in a positive way.
