HI
Thought we needed a thread to post reviews of books that we think some one else might enjoy. So I will start it off.

The Five Tibetans, Five Dynamic Exercises for Health, Energy, and Personal Power
By Christopher S Kilham

The Five Tebetans are a yogic system of simple yet highly energizing exercises that originated in the HImalays.

I have seen these before but with this book Kilham does a wonderful job of explaining how to do them, what benafit one will get by doing them along with basic breathing and some meditaion explations.  The book is a short one only 84 pages but he does a good job of explaining everything in a simple easy understanding way that a novice (me) can understand.

I bought the book at http://www.isabellacatalog.com/index.cfm

Check out AUDIBLE.COM

They have thousands of books that can be automatically downloaded to an ipod.  They have a membership which costs $14.95 for which you receive 1 book a month.  The reviews from other members help in determining which books are the best.  Also, you can listen to a sample of the book.  Pretty neat
