I have been listening to the podcast for a while now.
I love the way Scott uses his knowledge and voice to help motivate you to move.
Motivation is the key to succes, not necissarily the food you eat or the exercise you do.
Scott has motivated me to produce my own podcast that will be broadcasting soon.
Thanks for the great information and motivation.
Maybe one day I could interview Scott on my podcast, that would be great.
