Okay, so I haven’t posted on my journey page for awhile.....

Still soliciting names, but I’m really getting used to ‘Fuji’
I’ve been focusing ALL my workouts on the Tri.....either the run, swim or bike....or transitions
On Sunday, I got a little worried, because after doing the bike, my legs would not run!....my breathing was okay, but my legs!!!
So I know I need to do more training.....real world, and sign up for another Tri......(before the one in my hometown of Carlsbad)
I’m going to do a 5K on April 1.....(no really, no April fools here)......
Fuji is in the shop for her first check up....hope to get her back by tomorrow!
Feeling strong on my workouts....but races are different, so I’m going to push to go a little faster now.....swimming is my slowest.....and my bike feels strong.....
My wieght is around 154 (between 150-154)....want to be at 150 for the race..... (or a little lighter), but leaner.....okay less cheese and wine....that’s my new commitment.... (oh no, i said it OUTLOUD!)
Through this journey, I’m having a blast....learning, and feeling stronger…
