        <p>This week&#8217;s <a href="http://www.motivationtomove.com/?URL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.motivationtomove.com%2Fsite%2Fmotivationtomoveshow">MTM Show #151</a> is now available for download, and I think you&#8217;re going to like the special twist this week.

We had a chance to talk to Austin Hastings (<a href="http://www.motivationtomove.com/?URL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.AustinHastings.com" title="AustinHastings.com"><b>AustinHastings.com</b></a>), Scott&#8217;s son and my brother, who&#8217;s currently training for the San Fransisco Marathon in August 2008 and sending a powerful message with his training.

His 26.2 mile run will be dedicated to our Mom, Sheryl, who passed in December 2006 from cancer. More importantly, we&#8217;re all taking this chance to give our thanks to the <i>Hospice of the Comforter</i> organization, who supported &#8220;The Smiths&#8221; in 2006 and allowed our Mom the time to really teach us the value of life.

We&#8217;re thrilled to be able to give a &#8216;little something&#8217; back&#8230; and we&#8217;d love your help too.

      <title>I Wish I Were an Astronaut</title>

        <p>Momentum - a word almost everybody understands yet so few actually experience.
</p>
<p>
I wish I where an astronaut!
</p>
<p>
Living in Florida, I’ve become accustom to watching the amazing spectacle of a Space Shuttle launch.
</p>
<p>
Sometimes I travel to the Kennedy Space Center on my Harley and pick a spot along the Indian River with tens of thousands of others to witness this truly awe-inspiring event!
</p>
<p>
And as a pilot - I’m even more amazed!
</p>
<p>
As part of our training, pilots occasionally practice an “Engine Out” landing so we know how to land the plane in the event of an emergency. Passengers are always amazed when I stop the engine and the airplane simply keeps on flying gently to the ground. 
</p>
<p>
While the Space Shuttle weighs more than 4.5 million pounds, the concept is still the same.&nbsp; Momentum, once established though massive force, takes very little effort to maintain and allows for effortless control.
</p>
<p>
Hmmm?&nbsp; I wonder if NASA heard me say, “Stand Up, Take a Step, Repeat”? 
</p>
<p>

Winter is in full swing, we’re spending more time inside, and germs are everywhere.&nbsp; It’s a miracle we all don’t get sick… or is it?&nbsp;

In a study conducted by Cornell University researcher John Cawley, PhD, it turns out average weight Americans use about two sick days off per year.&nbsp; Overweight folks use six!&nbsp;

Not only does it stink to get sick – it’s also bad for you bank account. 
</p>
<p>
Employee sick days cost business about 9% - or $660 per day in lost productivity.&nbsp; Take six days off per year and you’re costing your employer $3,960!&nbsp;

On the other hand, if you hit the gym and drop a few pounds you’ll end up like my fiancé Joi, with 67 unused sick days worth $44,220 to her employer.&nbsp; That’s got to look good at her annual review!

We will be installing some upgrades to the MTM Land Community Forum this weekend and will be taking the forum offline to complete the upgrades. The upgrades will begin at 2 PM Eastern on Sunday February 10, 2008 and we expect the forum to be offline for a very short period of time. Valentine&#8217;s Day is just around the corner and I still haven’t picked up a gift for Joi. 
</p>
<p>
Of course, with her sweet tooth, chocolate would be a great place to start!
</p>
<p>
Did you know that according to the American Boxed Chocolate Manufacturers Association 80 percent of women and 75 percent of men would like to receive a gift of boxed chocolates?&nbsp; Duh! 
</p>
<p>
I know I’m on that list!

        <p>If you download the MTM Show through our website or through our Free RSS feed, you may have noticed something funny about this week&#8217;s show - it sounds an awful lot like last week&#8217;s show! Whoops <img src="http://www.motivationtomove.com/images/smileys/smile.gif" width="19" height="19" alt="smile" style="border:0;" />  But the good news is I&#8217;ve fixed the mix-up and you can now find the correct MTM Show #128 on our website and on our Free RSS feeds.

Note: This adjustment only applies to you if you downloaded MTM Show #128 before 1/22/08.&nbsp; If you downloaded MTM Show #128 after 1/22/08, you have the correct file and no adjustments are needed.

<b>If you are using iTunes to download your MTM Show, you&#8217;ll need to &#8220;trick&#8221; iTunes into re-downloading the show. Here&#8217;s how:</b>

1. In the Podcast area of your iTunes program, select the &#8220;incorrect&#8221; MTM Show #128 and delete it.

3. On the bottom left, click &#8220;Unsubscribe&#8221;

4. Now Immediately click &#8220;Subscribe&#8221; (same button)
