Hey there,

I have really liked using VitaBot for this free trial month. However, can someone help me understand why my targets for daily grams/day change for fat, protein and carbs, etc., though my caloric target doesn’t? I would hope there was some some grouping or balancing over days involved, but I don’t know if the software has that capability and I can’t find a Help or FAQ section on the VitaBot site. (Also, I don’t see the answer in VitaBot’s Learning Center.)

I did send the question to VitaBot through the comments link, but I am thinking I might have more luck here.

Thanks.

Hey, I know you guys accept credit cards of course, but do you also include non-reload MasterCard’s? The ones that you just buy, activate, and then what’s on there is it, you can’t put any more on them.

I’m just being specific since there seems to be different kinds. Does it work the same way as a regular old credit card like a Visa or MasterCard?

Hi Carlyn,

I’ve been wanting to start downloading MTM podcasts again, however for the past 3 weeks, I keep getting the following error message after each download attempt.

There was a problem downloading <MTM podcast name> to iTunes. The file might be corrupted, or a file type that iTunes can’t play.

Every other podcast I subscribe to works fine, and I have tried just about everything inluding unsubscribe/resubscribe, uninstall/reinstall iTunes, deleted old podcasts, etc. and yet I still can’t download a single episode of MTM. I have even tried to subscribe to your direct feed, same problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks a bunch.
