Have you seen this inspiring video yet?
8 CommentsThis video has been floating around for a few weeks now but I’m not sure if you’ve had the chance to see it.
It’s totally in line with my “Stand Up, Take A Step, Repeat” philosophy around MTM, so I really think it’s one of the rare “must-see” finds on YouTube.
Anyway, steal a quick break from work and take a look when you get the chance - It’ll really pump you up and make you feel great.
Scott

That was fabulous! And, it could not have come at a better time. Although it does not sound like much, I have gained nearly 10 pounds and lost my workout momentum. For the past several years I was up at 4:30 AM and in the gym at 5AM to work out for an hour 5 days a week. Last October I was downsized for the second time in the last 3 years. I relocated from Florida to Texas, and still have no full-time job although I did land a short-term contract. I am working to get back to the positive and motivated individual that I was, and I really needed the inspiration.

This was a truly touching video and really well made..like Paula, this email link comes at a perfect time fir me in terms of my motivation! I am getting back to taking care of myself starting with cleaning up my diet and have yet to start back at the gym..my membership fees have been considered my “fat tax” since I’ve missed the last 4 months but I’m still paying…

What a great video. I just crossed over the “50” (nifty) threshold this past weekend. I have been putting myself “on the back burner” again. I had lost 80 lbs. 3 years ago - have put 25 of it back on. No more looking back, beating myself up. Will begin looking forward, because what I want (to be healthy & fit) is definitely worth fighting for - and I AM WORTH IT!!!
Paula, be glad you’re holding yourself to those 10 lbs! Good time to take the steps to stop the gain! It may not seem like much to some…but I know to you it is a big deal to you!
I have had the privilege of attending Zig Ziglar’s Sunday School class for a year and he made a comment quite a bit and it has stuck with me. It is something I’m going to put back on my bathroom mirror - to see every morning & evening!
I want to end each day saying….“I’m Glad I Did!” rather than “I Wish I Had”...Zig Ziglar.
So as I near the end of life, I can continue to say it…because I faced each day with that attitude!
