Relieving Stress With Guided Motivations

Sometimes, it just amazes me how a simple letter can remind me to do something I should have done a long time ago.

If you’ve ever listened to my Start Moving Stay Proving Program, you’ve heard my Guided Motivations.

Guided Motivations are somewhat like guided meditations, but they’re different in the sense that not only do they relax you, but they also motivate you to get what you want out of your life.

Well, I got a letter today from a listener asking if I had anything that would help with the stress she was dealing with all bad today’s economic and political news.  I certainly understand, times are tough and uncertain and folks are feeling a little bit stressed – and I thought - it’s time to get the “Guided Motivations” out there.

So, keep an eye out because in the next few days you’ll get the first of many Guided Motivations coming your way.
