    It’s Time For Me To Retire…

    On last week’s MTM show I announced it was time to send “The Motivation To Move Show” off to retirement and I wanted to make sure you were up to speed.

    It’s been a great run!

    For 4 years and 221 episodes, the MTM Show has been and remains one of the top ranked programs on iTunes…

    But like my mamma says, “nothing lasts forever and sometimes you have to close one door to open another”.

    While the MTM Show is heading off to the Master’s Vault (available in December), there are a couple of new things coming.

    Carlyn here with Motivation To Move… It’s Friday afternoon and Scott’s already goofing off, so I’m going to sneak in here and hijacking his blog today.

Hi Carlyn,
I had registered for the program but then realized it was going to be taking place on nights when I am in school.
I just got done listening to session one and it was fantastic! I am glad we had the opportunity to download it.
Will this option be available for the other sessions? Do I need to register for each session or was I registered for all of them when I registered for the first one?

Kalleen - So glad you’re enjoying the SMSM so far! You’re right - this first workshop was aimed more toward creating a foundation for fitness. Each of the workshops are following along with each week of the Start Moving Stay Moving, so in the next 3 sessions we’ll be focusing less on how to get started, and more on how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle for the long term. Here’s what’s coming in the next few weeks:

Workshop #2: “How Bad Do I Want It?”
Feb 10 7pm eastern

Workshop #3: “How Do I Want To Feel?”
Feb 17 (time TBA)

Workshop #4: “Stay Moving For Life - Tricks to Making It Stick”
Feb 24 (time TBA)
