Get The Fusion Seminar on DVD Right Now!
0 Comments Topic: Fun StuffThe Fusion seminar was an amazing experience and now you can experience Fusion in your own home.
It’s always a blast to “open the doors” on a new product and watch folks rush in to get their copy - and that’s what happened at 1 pm today when I released the Fusion DVD Set.
At one point, folks were grabbing copies at a rate of about one per minute. I’m guessing I’m going to have order a few more before we’re done on Friday.
Remember, if you want your own copy, you have until THIS Friday, April 10th at 10:59 pm to order and that’s it!
Like many Motivation To Move programs, the Fusion DVD Set is in limited release and after that - I will never sell them again!
To order yours, go to I Want My Fusion right now.
The last order will be taken on Friday at 10:59 pm - I’ll let you know… Read More

What I learned on my potty…
0 Comments Topic: Weight Loss, Fun Stuff, Personal GrowthLots of people ask me how I learn. See if this sounds familiar to you.
First, it depends on the medium.
If it’s a printed book, it’s going on the nightstand or (not to be gross) the back of the potty.
I’m a busy guy so I’ve got to get pretty creative to keep up with everything I read.
If it’s a video, I’m going to watch it on my computer in between recording podcasts and coaching, checking email, making phone calls, etc. It’ll be started and stopped dozens of times.
If it’s an audio course, I’ll put it on the speakers and listen while I work. I’ll put it in the iPod and listen when I workout. I’ll put it on in the car while I drive (hardly ever).
All of those are passive. All of those are piecemeal. Yes, I learn stuff… lots of stuff.
Yes, I absorb a lot of it, and I think with… Read More

The FUSE Has Been Lit
0 Comments Topic: Fun Stuff, Motivation, Personal GrowthIt’s Friday morning and I just got off the phone with my daughter Carlyn - who is having a very busy morning processing registrations for the FUSION Start Moving Stay Moving Conference.
And she’s been busy every since I announced less than 48 hours ago that FUSION would be a “Premium Perk” and FREE for Motivation To Move members. In fact, being a Premium Member is the only way to attend Fusion.
So far, we are about one-third of the way to filing up so make sure you hurry if you want to be part of FUSION.
And here’s something else that is very cool - almost everybody is coming from out of town. Waaaaay out of town! And almost all of them are long-term Premium Members who have been waiting for this event for a couple of years.
By the way - if you’re coming from out of town we’ve negotiated a discounted room rate for you when you… Read More

A Few of My Favorite (Practical) Stress Relief Techniques
0 Comments Topic: Personal Growth, Stress ReliefThis week I had a chance to get creative, sit back and ask myself - “What are some of my all-time favorite (and proven!) stress relief techniques?”
Turns out I’ve figured out quite a few tricks over the years. And if you’ve been throwing around the stress word lately, you may want to slip these up your sleeve too.
I’ve had some fun this week putting together a presentation for one of my upcoming speaking engagements. The topic? Neutralizing Stress, Balancing Life, and Feeling Great - my specialty.
I know - I’ve done so many Daily Boost podcasts on this subject already, but I thought it’d be a great idea to pass along to you a few of my personal favorites in the stress relief arena.
So soak these in and start using them today - you’ll be glad you did ![]()

Release Stress While Getting Creative
2 Comments Topic: Fun StuffOver the years, I’ve found one of the best ways to relieve stress is also a great way to get creative.
Every week I produce 11 programs, take several coaching calls, work on my website, my book, and usually speak in front of an audience. With so much going on, it can be easy to lose track of where I’m heading… unless I take the time to remember.
This weekend I had a few hours to myself while my daughter and Joi spent time on pre-wedding plans. To me… that meant jump on the motorcycle and see where it took me.
It was a beautiful day, about 72°, and not a cloud in the sky when I jumped on my Harley and rode for about 45 minutes until I ended up in the little town of Cassadaga.
I’ve been to Cassadaga many times in the past as I’ve studied and learned – it is a wonderful place small town… but… Read More

The FUSION Conference Will Blow You Away - In A Good Way
1 Comments Topic: Motivation
Every day, we get a couple of more folks committing to attending the FUSION event and they are all saying the same thing, “I want to meet my fellow Motivation To Move members”, and “I want MY click”.
FUSION will do both!
If early registrations are an indicator, some of the most successful and motivating MTM members will be among the 125 exclusive attendees - and many of those same folks will be looking for their “click” - that moment in time when you “get it” and figure out how to lose weight, shape up and create a happy life.
You can bet we’ll be passing out buckets of “click” during the FUSION weekend.
I’ll be passing along more details next week but you can get an early peak by visiting - FUSION Conference, March 21-22, 2009

RECENT
I absolutely loved his reference to the brick wall. Never mind that the wall was going to be this huge accomplishment (Life). It really is about focusing on how each brick you lay (every day) is put created, structured and executed in the best way possible. Before you know it, that series of “perfect days” creates the “perfect life”

You need to PYOTB for the job well done on Day 6 of the new SMSM program, I loved what you did with the bonus day/ music mix…I tried a few of these in the past from other downloads, but your prsentation was terrific…maybe I am partial to you. You mixed in just enough of your voice, music, motivation and comments. Would love to see (I mean hear) more of this. You made the intervals seem a breeze to push through. Great job Scott. Talk to you soon.
