Relieving Stress With Guided Motivations
3 Comments Topic:Sometimes, it just amazes me how a simple letter can remind me to do something I should have done a long time ago.
If you’ve ever listened to my Start Moving Stay Proving Program, you’ve heard my Guided Motivations.
Guided Motivations are somewhat like guided meditations, but they’re different in the sense that not only do they relax you, but they also motivate you to get what you want out of your life.
Well, I got a letter today from a listener asking if I had anything that would help with the stress she was dealing with all bad today’s economic and political news. I absolutely loved his reference to the brick wall. Never mind that the wall was going to be this huge accomplishment (Life). It really is about focusing on how each brick you lay (every day) is put created, structured and executed in the best way possible. Before you know it, that series of “perfect days” creates the “perfect life”

You need to PYOTB for the job well done on Day 6 of the new SMSM program, I loved what you did with the bonus day/ music mix…I tried a few of these in the past from other downloads, but your prsentation was terrific…maybe I am partial to you.
