One of the more interesting things that happens during these conversations is that I am usually asked, “so what do you believe?”. Of course, I’m always willing to share and I thought I would do the same for you. This is the “what I believe” document that we just created around Motivation To Move to keep us on track every day.

Ahhhh…. It’s A Brand New Baby Blog
0 Comments Topic: Fun StuffAfter three years, thousands of podcast and millions of web hits, Motivation To Move finally has a blog! I know! What took us so long?
When you think about it - there’s no better “first post” on a new blog than to announce our new blog.
So why now?
Well, over the years I’ve filled our website with an amazing amount of personal growth information and it’s still growing every day yet no matter how much we did… something was missing.
You see, in my line of work as you can probably imagine, I run into lots interesting people and situations. Some I share with you on my programs but the vast majority don’t seem to “fit” anywhere on the website. And that’s a real shame because it’s really good stuff that I think you can get something from.

Hi Carlyn,
I had registered for the program but then realized it was going to be taking place on nights when I am in school.
I just got done listening to session one and it was fantastic! I am glad we had the opportunity to download it.
Will this option be available for the other sessions? Do I need to register for each session or was I registered for all of them when I registered for the first one?

Kalleen - So glad you’re enjoying the SMSM so far! You’re right - this first workshop was aimed more toward creating a foundation for fitness. Each of the workshops are following along with each week of the Start Moving Stay Moving, so in the next 3 sessions we’ll be focusing less on how to get started, and more on how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle for the long term. Here’s what’s coming in the next few weeks:
Workshop #2: “How Bad Do I Want It?”
Feb 10 7pm eastern
Workshop #3: “How Do I Want To Feel?”
Feb 17 (time TBA)
Workshop #4: “Stay Moving For Life - Tricks to Making It Stick”
